Roncalli Catholic High School is excited to unveil Anthony Rodgers as the school's next head coach for the track and field program.

“Anthony has a strong passion for this program and its student-athletes,” interim athletic director Tom Kassing said. “We are excited to see him continue to grow the track and field program at Roncalli Catholic as its new head coach.”

Rodgers previously served as an assistant head coach for the track and field program. He currently teaches 9-12th grade health and serves as an assistant coach for the Roncalli Catholic football program.

Rodgers brings championship experience to the Roncalli Catholic track and field program. He served as an assistant coach for the Berkeley/McCluer South Berkeley High School track and field program from the early 1990s through 2003, helping bring home several state team championships during his tenure. The program itself captured 16 state team championships between 1982 and 2015, earning it a place in the Missouri Sports Hall of Fame in 2019.

“I am excited to bring a championship mentality to our track and field program,” Rodgers said.
