Senior Nile Langenfeld named as candidate for Presidential Scholars Program
Jason Unger

Roncalli Catholic High School Senior Nile Langenfeld was recently named as a candidate for the 2023 Presidential Scholars Program.

Langenfeld is one of only approximately 5,000 high school seniors in the country to be named as a candidate for the program.

The U.S. Presidential Scholars Program was established in 1964 to recognize the nation's most distinguished graduating high school seniors. Each year, up to 161 students are named Presidential Scholars.

Langenfeld has also named a National Merit Scholar semi-finalist earlier this fall. Langenfeld is one of only 16,000 students across the nation who received the honor.
