Bound Tickets Instructions

Pride students, families, and fans,

Below is important information about our new partnership with Bound, our new one-stop shop for Roncalli Catholic athletes, families, and fans. First, thank you to all of the students and families who have worked through our transition to using Bound. Please see below for important information about how to get started with using Bound and its features.

Online Tickets

Fans can now purchase tickets and season passes online through our school’s Bound Ticketing Page or in the Bound Sports App. All major credit cards are accepted, along with Apple Pay and Google Pay. Tickets can also be found by clicking “Tickets” at the top of our Athletics & Activities website. Fans are encouraged to buy tickets online prior to arriving at the facility, however, card and mobile payments will continue to be accepted on site. Buying tickets online means you can access and share them instantly by email or text without waiting in line.

Why the Switch?

Bound provides a seamless and modern experience:

• Buy Tickets & Passes directly in the Bound app or online.
• Quick checkout with credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
• Easy access to all tickets under the “Tickets” tab
• Add tickets to your digital wallet (Apple Wallet or Google Wallet).

Bound is more than just tickets. It’s an all-in-one fan engagement hub designed to keep fans informed and involved at every step of the season.

TICKETS - BEFORE THE EVENT

1. Purchase your ticket in the Bound Sports app or through the Roncalli Catholic Bound Ticket Page.
2. Once purchased, tickets will appear under the “Tickets” tab in the Bound app (season passes will appear under “My Passes”).
3. You’ll also receive a confirmation email with ticket details.
4. If you already created a Bound account for athletic registration, please use the same login information when purchasing or accessing tickets.

TICKETS - AT THE EVENT

1. Prior to arriving at the gate, open the Bound app and tap “View Ticket.”
2. Show your mobile device to gate personnel, who will validate your ticket for admission by scanning the QR code.
   • Do NOT attempt to validate your ticket yourself. A staff member must complete this process.
3. Tickets cannot be printed—please use your mobile device or add them to your Apple/Google Wallet for quick access.

Fans will be able to also use debit and credit cards at each entrance if a ticket is not purchased prior to the event.
