In order for Catholic Education to be accessible to all, Roncalli Catholic offers a customized tuition payment plan.  Families who wish to participate in this program can set up a personal meeting with the Business Office to make these arrangements.  Families need to complete the "Dollar$ and Sense" Customized Tuition Payment Plan Form.  This process assists in planning your family's time, talent and treasure to be shared at Roncalli.  The following are required to complete this application:

• Copy of most recently filed tax return
• Copy of current pay stubs
• Scheduled meeting with Business Office if new family
• Completed Archdiocese High School Scholarship/OAEF application if qualified.

The deadline for the complete Dollar$ & Sense application with attachments is April 15.

Families will be required to complete other scholarship and/or tuition assistance applications for which they qualify.  Those applications are available in the Business Office.

Alumni Scholarship - for students of alumni of Roncalli, Rummel or Notre Dame Academy.  Application Deadline is in March of each year.

Archdiocese High School Assistance (OAEF) - must meet certain income eligibility guidelines.  Application deadline is March of each year.

 Other applications may be available through Roncalli, parishes or community resources.

Student Work Program

The Building Pride Student Work Program grants are a standard part of need-based tuition payment plans.  The terms will be arranged in conjunction with the family's customized tuition payment plan, and jobs will be scheduled in the summer or in August for jobs during the school year.
